Yes! Visual design upgrades are one of the easiest (and most important) ways to establish your identity in a crowded field and attract the clientele base you've always desired. We do that by developing and implementing a strategic design system that speaks to them.

I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DESIGN, HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS RIGHT FOR ME?

If you've been curious about updating your business's image but have never known where to start, you are definitely in the right place. I'm used to working with non-experts and and will walk you through the entire design process using programs that you are comfortable with.  If you require extra coaching in order to feel fully in control of your branding package or website, I offer that as well. My success comes in developing design systems and websites that are useful to you and can grow and adapt with your business.

CAN A ONE-PERSON STUDIO MEET MY NEEDS?

The short answer is yes! And there are many of advantages to hiring a single designer over using an agency. Notably: time and money.

A boutique studio allows me to get to know my clients in ways a larger agency cannot. I like to think of myself as a focused, results-driven, addition to your small business team and I do not accept new clients unless I have the capacity to meet all their needs in a timely manner. By hiring me, you are getting a trusted partner that you can rely on for a single project, and/or many recurring projects in the future.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A FREE CONSULTATION CALL?

Free initial consultations can be done by email or a 30 minute phone or video call. These consultations are an excellent way for us to get to know each other, for me to learn all about your business, and most importantly, for me to better understand your project needs so I can put together an accurate pricing estimate. We can also use this time to answer any questions you might have about the design process.

WHAT'S YOUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME FOR A PROJECT?

Project turnaround times depend largely on the project scope. Generally, I offer a very quick and efficient approach to design projects. Branding projects are estimated at around 4-6 weeks, websites are estimated at around 4-8 weeks, and social media projects can be completed as soon as 1-2 weeks. Most quick deadlines can be accommodated with proper notice, prompt client feedback, and an additional rush fee.

WILL A DESIGN PROJECT REQUIRE A LOT OF MY TIME?

I provide you with a general timeframe estimate on how long a project will take when I provide you with my project quote. I'll make sure we finish all projects in a timely manner, all you have to do is check-in on the progress and provide feedback when it's needed.

CAN I AFFORD YOUR SERVICES?

In an effort to provide transparency, baseline prices for my most common services are listed on my services page. If listed prices still seem out of your budget, I encourage you to request a quote anyway and perhaps we can work out a package that is more suitable for your needs.
